Scheduled to launch at 12:00 midnight EST on Monday, January 28, 2008, FANZ-TV
will provide fans all over the country access to the best coverage in minor
league sports. The network will also carry a certain level of professional
sports and other related programming. FANZ-TV will offer special league
packages to local broadcasting stations to carry games in their area as part
of an affiliation agreement.

Outdoor Hunting & Fishing, Extreme Sports, Pool and women's sports.

The network will be offering powerful branding and in-game marketing
opportunities that allows for national tie-ins within its programming. The
network will feature full-time sports ticker across the screen with live
in-game scoring, updates, final scores, breaking news and other related items.
